I made a Day One template

I rely on Day One more and more every day, from taking notes on the books I read to logging my runs and to any brain farts I have on any day (or night, mostly nights).

My first template in Day One was a consistent way to log my runs. After reading the book Make Time, I’ve decided to create another template. It’s just a text version of their hand written version where I can use in Day One. You can copy/view the text below:

  1. Today’s Highlight
  2. Did I make time for it?
  3. Today’s focus
  4. Today’s energy
  5. Tactics tried today & how did it go?
  6. Tactics to try (or try again) tomorrow:
  7. Moment I’m grateful for:
