1000 Korean words

I finally hit 1000 korean words, 2 months later than expected. Overestimation is a real thing for humans. So where does 1000 words get me? No where near conversational level despite what the app says.

A little digging here and here gave me a few ideas to try out:

  1. Use Talk to me in Korean
  2. Supplement with How to study Korean
  3. Continue daily App usage to build that vocabulary (I still use Drops)
  4. Watch Netflix movie with a twist by installing a language extension

Let’s see how will these pan out.
