What I am reading at any time

There are normally 2 main type of books I have at any one time - something heavier during the day and something lighter at night. I read the heavier materials in the morning because that’s when fatigue has not set in, and I can properly digest the content of the book. By the time night falls, if I were to try to read heavier materials, either nothing goes into the brain or I’ll be too awake because of a more active brain. So at night before bedtime, I would like to read something lighter.

I also have a few formats for reading so that I don’t run out of reading material, removing the excuse of I have nothing interesting to read”. Owning a kindle has been a game changer as I could load up different kind of books and just choose what to read depending on my energy levels.

And of course, the super computer that is my iPhone / iPad mini also has books on them, especially when the book does not suit a kindle format eg Epic Hikes of the World. Audiobooks go into here too for when I’m on the go.
