Dog lesson

I learnt something today. I got bitten by a dog years ago. I have since developed a fear towards any approaching dog. And then, I appeared in a dog cafe where there are dogs in every sizes. What gives?

I met a guy in the dog cafe. He loves dogs. He feeds strays. He showed me his bite marks and scratch scars. He even got bitten in the buttock. But he still loves them. Then it hit me. Having been with many dogs will necessarily mean that you’ve seen it all. Good dogs, bad dogs. Happy dogs. Sad dogs. Bullies. Cowards. Angry dogs. Despite being bitten by them, he still chose to love them.

What has that gotta do with learning? In my learning adventures, I do fail them, sometimes miserably. But I still love learning. So as long as the love of learning is there, it doesn’t matter how many bites” you got along the way. Just continue learning.

And for my case, continue to love dogs too. :)
