Today I don’t feel like doing anything…” So goes The Lazy Song ringing in my head. It’s just one of those days where motivation is low and energy levels are just barely above being awake.

There are many reasons that lead to a down day. Problems at work. Problems at home. Bad diet. No exercise… Probably a combination of a host of factors. But even on a down day, I manage to do 3 sessions of 5 minutes burst, learning Korean and Thai. I also chose to read something light instead in the morning rather than my usual heavy reading.

A tip I pick up from creating a todo list is to have a list for when your energy levels are low. So, I shall continue doing something light e.g. continuing my photography course. I’m so happy that I have finally started that course, after one year!
