During my commute, I like to listen to audiobooks or podcasts. It makes me feel like I’m not wasting my time during commutes. Sometimes the podcasts are very engaging. At other times, I felt like I wasted more time… Today, I listened to a podcast that led me to want to listen to another podcast. This is always a good sign that the podcast is good.
I’ve been listening to NPR’s How I built this with Guy Raz for a long time. This time, he interviewed the guys behind a lot of podcasts - Gimlet Media and their founders Alex Blumberg and Matt Lieber, who later sold their company for a cool $200 million to Spotify. Their journey as a startup was also painstakingly documented in audio format in another podcast called Startup Podcast. This is next in my queue.
