For the month of November 2019, I jumped on the bandwagon of No Nuts November with a slight twist, no nuts at night which to me means no snacking on junk food at night. I’m NOT sad to say that I broke the streak on day 10 after my best run ever. I shall put it down to “I deserve that cookie and Pringle’s”.
Why am I doing this? Apparently, I can get the following benefits.
Not sure about 1 and 2, but I am certainly getting more done.
Let’s see how it goes by the end of the month.
